SHOULD NOT USE the Brain Buddy™ unless under the supervision of a medical doctor.

The Brain Buddy™ IS NOT RECOGNIZED AS A TREATMENT OR CURE OF ANY MEDICAL CONDITION OR DISABILITY. HOWEVER, RESEARCH SUGGESTS THAT The Brain Buddy™ IS AN EFFECTIVE RELAXATION AND MEDITATION TOOL.

The Brain Buddy™ is a non-invasive tool. All resulting effects are produced in the brain solely by audio and visual stimulation.

General

The Brain Training Company Limited will never be liable for more than the amount that is covered by the company’s liability insurance.  This agreement is governed by the laws of the England and Wales.

The training is not for medical or paramedical treatment.  Participation in the training takes place for the trainee’s own account and risk.  The training offered by The Brain Training Company Limited contains photic stimulation (AVS).  It may be unsuitable for anyone with a history of epilepsy who is known to be photo-sensitive, anyone with a mental disability or a psychiatric disorder to participate in the training using photic stimulation. If the trainee doubts about the medical consequences of his or her participation in training, the trainee should consult his/her own doctor.

No medical claims are made by The Brain Training Company Limited about the training.

To achieve a satisfactory result from this training you agree to adhere consistently and exactly to the practices and regime as recommended by your trainer.  If you deviate from this advice, on-going support and training will cease immediately.
